Quality demands

In order to comply with the European standards, we decided to have our quality management system certified by TÜV (German Technical Supervisory Association) Süd. This thereby ensures that the quality demands which are customers set are also ours. A uniform standard will also therefore ensure the future.

DIN Standard

Devices and software for temperature registration for the transport, storage and distribution of temperature-sensitive products comply with the DIN Standard with regard to inspecting, testing, performance and usability.

Certified products

idem telematics exclusively provides software and terminals which are certified according to automotive standards. All our devices are provided with the E-Mark and do not interfere with the vehicle electronics. ISO certified quality processes also guarantee the high reliability of the products.

GDP Certification

idem telematics, in cooperation with the European Institute for Pharma Logistics GmbH (EIPL), provides telematic solutions for temperature-controlled transport in the pharmaceutical sector and is therefore able to comply with the requirements of Good Distribution Practice (GDP).
